Terra Trust is our Department for Mainland Landholding. TTI buys and sells Mainland, and shares the Profit through Shareholders by LL.

How does that work?

TTI offers some places for Shareholders.
You as a Shareholder have to pay a ONE TIME FEE to become Terra Trust Shareholder and you will be invited to join the Group “TERRA TRUST”.

After you become Terra Trust Shareholder, you will get a percentage of every single Landsale from “Terra Trust” – via Group Liability. (Paid by LL).

You will never have to pay a fee again, except the Groupcosts which will be charged through LL.

All you have to watch is, never to leave the “Terra Trust” Group. If, please kindly contact Suneva Silentghost or Jupiter Alecto inworld.

Is it possible to give my Sharehold to a other Avatar?

Yes, TTI does not restrict you as Shareholder. All you have to do if you wish to give your Sharehold to a other Avatar is – inform TTI about the NEW Avatar you want to give the Shareholding – this needs to be in letterform, through a Notecard inworld.

I want to leave as a Shareholder, will you pay me the fee back?

No.

What about the tier which has to be paid for the existing Mainland?

TTI does all running costs, we rent some parcels out to pay tier, no Shareholder has to pay any extra fee.

What when there are too much Shareholders, that will smaller my profit?

TTI doesn´t give out many Shareholds. Only a few ones, after the total amount is reached, this Offer will be closed.

When and how you buy Land?

TTI always search via auctions and “normal” Landsales. We only buy plots which are interesting, depending on Price and Location.

How you create Profit?

TTI has the Skills and Time to wait until a plot will be sold by our price. We never sell a plot without profit.

Which parcels Terra Trust holds, and where?

Visit one of our “TTI Landholding” Vendors. There are ALL parcels shown, Terra Trust Landholding owns – up to date.

How much is the fee and how can I join?
